This newly built, stunning private home is located on North Main Street, just across the street from the gondola. This location cannot be beat! Everything is in walking distance, including the ski resort, Main Street shops, dining, bars, and cafes. This three-bedroom home suitably fits 10 guests, and everyone will have access to an amazing Breckenridge vacation.


The front door and one-car garage are located on the main/middle level. The main level has the gorgeous master bedroom, with a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful, stone shower and a double vanity. Upstairs, the guests will have plenty of space to enjoy the open living room area, granite kitchen, and dining room area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, and a bar for extra seating. The dining room area has a dining table big enough for the entire party and the living room area has a sofa sleeper, TV, and cozy fireplace. The upstairs level has its own bathroom. Downstairs, the home has a second living room area with another sofa sleeper, an electric fireplace and TV. Also, the downstairs area has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bath tub, shower, and vanity.

    Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, spacious, and comfortable house. The location can’t be beat! It’s very close to all the shops/restaurants and gondola, but still quiet and private. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Breck in the future.

    This is a nice place and the office is right there if you need anything. It is walking distance to the main strip. We were here in the summer and it makes a nice launching point for good hiking and then good dining and drinking options. Good solid stay. Enjoyed it. Nice there was a garage as well. The downstairs bedspreads were in need of laundering but I just threw them aside.

    Hart on Main is a gem! Our family of 6 ( parents and 4 young adults) enjoyed being within walking distance to all that Main St. Breckenridge has to offer. After a long day hiking, we loved not having to drive to happy hour or dinner. Having 2 parking spots is awesome, as overnight parking in Breck is a real challenge. The house says it sleeps 10, but with kids over the age of 10 (who don’t like to double up in a queen bed) we utilized the sofa sleepers. Those were adequate if you took the mattress and put it on the floor. The kitchen is well designed and there are lots of pots and pans and other kitchen gadgets. The gas grill worked great!
    We needed a few things from the management office while we were there and they were very prompt and helpful.

    Great experience in a great location. This home was clean, well kept and somewhat newer. Nice to have two parking spaces in the driveway and garage. Everything was just a short walk away on main street and/or to the Breck Gondola
