The master bathroom has a beautiful, stone shower and a double vanity. On the bottom level of the townhome, is the second bedroom, The second bedroom has captain’s bunk, twin sofa sleeper and a TV. The room has its own private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and vanity. The washer and dryer is also located in the bottom level near the second bedroom.

  This townhouse is an absolute gem. First as others noted it is immaculate. Like even the baseboards were spotless. Everything is updated nice cabinetry newly remodeled bathrooms nice furniture. Linens were nice quality and spotless. The location is superb it’s behind the management storefront so you are fifty steps from Main Street but it was still quiet and peaceful. Mgmt team was welcoming and helpful. It also has a dedicated parking spot which is a rare treat in Breck downtown. Spot is ten steps from your front door making unloading easy.

  Cozy home, living area would be tight for a big group, fine for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Nice to have a fireplace. Great location to gondola and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

  I booked this 1 bedroom condo to sneak in a couple days of skiing before a business meeting. The location was outstanding with underground parking, so very convenient with so little time. Despite the noise and music in the courtyard, the condo was well soundproofed. Everything worked well and the bed was very comfortable. No issues except for the mandatory ski concierge (no skis nor boots allowed) was not very well ran. Snowy boots were on wire racks dripping into other boots. My shoes on the bottom rack were wet when I went to retrieve them. That's my only minor complaint, but still a 5-star review!

  We really enjoyed this house. Meet our family of 4 needs well. Think it would be very crowded though with any more than that. Everything was clean and comfortable! Only downside is the living room is very small and couch is less than desirable. A comfortable couch and a better stocked kitchen (no dish rags, dish towels or pot holders upon arrival) would make this unit perfect. Other than that you can’t beat location and all other amenities!

  Nice, cozy and clean! The location was fantastic as you are right downtown. Definitely an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and markets. It was also located more or less right across the street from the gondola building, which was nice as we were there for a ski vacation. You could also ski all the way down four o’clock run at the end of the day for an easy walk back to the condo. We will definitely stay there again.

  This was our first stay in Breckenridge. The townhouse was conveniently located to the gondola and main street shopping/restaurants. The house was clean and had everything that you would want for a ski vacation. The only problems we had was keeping the fireplace on, but not sure if it was user error, the furniture was not real comfortable and the toilet in the master bedroom upstairs had issues with flushing/filling back up. Overall, it was an excellent experience!!!!

  Overall OK. Didn't have Shampoo during the visit although we asked. Supply chain was the response but we were wondering why some wasnt bought at the local Grocery store? No fitted Sheet on the king. Fireplace was hit a miss . We were probably using it wrong but we couldnt really get it to work the way we thought it was supposed to work? Maybe some instructions on it?
