This magnificent 2 bed, 2.5 bathroom condo is conveniently located in close walking distance from the Snowflake Chairlift, where guests can access the entire Breckenridge Ski Resort. Also, for even more convenience, this unit is blocks from shopping, dining and everything that Main Street has to offer.


It is a very spacious unit that just had new counter tops, flooring, vanities, furniture and bedding installed over the summer of 2013. The master has a queen bed and the second room has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a very large kitchen with counter seating and a dining area. Perfect for family vacations or groups!


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.


Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons

    This was a great location and good size condo for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed including the little things like coffee filters, ziploc bags, tupperware containers and all the cooking items needed. The only thing that would have made it better would be if it were updated.
