This fantastic 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit sits slope side of the 4 O'Clock ski run and walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, making it luxuriously easy to access the full ski resort. This unit has been upgraded with granite countertops and other improvements, inside and out.


Wake up in the morning to a breakfast table sitting right next to big, open windows overlooking the ski run. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen. Downstairs the third bedroom has 2 queens. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Downstairs there is a sauna to help relax after a long day on the slopes!


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.


Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

  We had a group of 9 stay here and it was plenty of space for us. The main floor with the kitchen and living could get a little crowded when we were all there but it was still very enjoyable. The "ski in" part of this was a little hard for us because we had younger kids skiing that were not comfortable on blues and that is the only way to get there from Peak 9. We used the free busses and still really enjoyed this location. We walked to dinner/shopping

  Very comfortable accomodations, and very clean. A bit dated, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the unit. Ski-off access, and you can ski down to the shuttle stop, or walk down to a shuttle stop (one building away) if you don't want to walk uphill to the lift while carrying skis. Easy walk to downtown. Overall a very good location and nice place to stay.

  We were a little worried about spring skiing but conditions were great, weather was fantastic with a mix of snow and sunshine days. The property was comfortable but the furnishings and some items in the unit was old and some broken. We would've liked a few more extra towels too for convenience. For safety I would recommend removing some of the old tippy furniture, broken fans and dehumidifiers from the unit. Nonetheless the stay was comfortable and the location superb. What a fun way to get back home after a long day of skiing. The kids had a good time just using the sleds in the back. Thank you for your hospitality.

  This was our second stay in Sunset 10. Again, there was nothing lacking. We enjoy the unique floorplan and the easy access to the slopes. It's a beautiful condo in a great location. We will stay here each time we visit Breckenridge if possible.

  This rental is great for a large group.Location to ski lift, ski in run, and town is awesome. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms and kitchen are newly updated. The fullsize washer and dryer were very useful. The mudroom area for ski gear is great. The management company was very helpful. The only downside to this property was that the decor is dated. We didn't mind. The location was most important to us. We had a great time.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset 10. The space was perfect for our beginning skiers. They were able to practice right outside the room after the lifts closed! There are two large tables for lots of space to enjoy meals. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. There are plenty of towels and supplies in the room. Bring a black out mask for upstairs bedroom that faces the well lit parking lot. It is bright and the curtains are thin.

  Last year was the first time we rented a place they could actually ski to when you're done with the slopes. It was awesome! The place was roomy, big enough to be all together and big enough to have time alone to chill.
  The management company, especially Jonni, helped us out and was available for any questions that we had.
  The kitchen was stocked with items for cooking. My only complaint is there's nowhere to put any food that you buy. But we made it work.
  The community pool in Jacuzzi was just okay... A little dirty in our opinion but we only use it once so really didn't matter. I would recommend this place for families or a group of friends.
