This Sunset Townhome has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. Unit #4 was completely remodeled only a few years ago and is a perfect mountain getaway! The back porch has a private hot tub and sits right on 4 O'Clock ski run. It's a great place to relax and watch the skiers coming in at the end of the day.


The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom also has a king bed, the third bedroom has twin bunks (with a pull out trundle option) and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.


This unit is ski in/ walk out on the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The Snowflake Chairlift is a 3 minute walk from the unit in the morning and guests can ski right to their back door at the end of the day. This unit is 2 short blocks historic Downtown on Main Street. The Breck Free Ride bus system has a stop right outside the complex.


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.


Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs.This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

    The Condo has a good location , hot tub nice but has cloudy water ( filter change needed?) there were no hangers in upstairs closet in main bedroom ,very few hangers so u better bring your own . Also if u dont want to eat teflon , bring your own skillets , the ones provided were badly peeling and everything stuck to them no matter what u did .

    This was our second year to stay in Sunset 4. It was even better this time than the first. There were plenty of towels for the family to use after enjoying the hot tub and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. We love the convenience of the location. It's easy to to walk to town and convenient to walk to the ski lift. It's great to ski right up to the back deck for lunch or after a long day on the slopes.

    You cannot beat the location of this property. We were able to walk to everything, coffee, food, shopping, groceries all less than half a miles walk from the front door. The rental is very spacious and had plenty of room for five grown men. As far as the unit itself is does need some tlc. I imagine renting out to folks constantly is difficult to maintain a property, but with a little bit of work this could be a 5 star rental no doubt.

    The condo was perfect for our group of six. It was spacious with more than enough comfortable beds. The location is convenient to town and the ski lift. The hot tub was the icing on the cake though. We used it every day of our vacation. Everything from check-in to check-out was a great experience.

    Great place and perfect for our needs, but there was broken glass on the deck when we arrived and a few things were broken: A chair and shower towel bar for example. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved the location and hotter especially.

    The townhome was great for our family. We have kids ranging in age from 4 months to 12 years. The younger kids loved playing in the snow and hot tub on the back porch while the older ones were out skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

    We had a great time in Breckenridge. The location of the rental was excellent. The property needs many minor repairs. The shower on the upper floor has a handle that falls off when you try and us it. The bathroom on the main floor has a handle on the sink that falls off if you use it. The lower floor has a broken light switch. The refrigerator has a blown light bulb. The outside grill is missing the knob for the center grill. The TV in the upper bedroom does not tune to any channels. These are all minor issues, however they need to be fixed. All could be fixed in a day and this place would be great.

    The townhome was great for 4 adults and two kids. The downstairs space was a perfect place for the kids to play. Be advised, the bunks down there are open to the living space. The hot tub on the back porch was clutch! The kids were happy to swim in it vs going up to the pool. The walk up to snowflake lift took about 4 minutes. Most days we had someone staying with us drop us off at the top. The ski back in is easy with almost no poling required. We loved being in between peak 8 and peak 9. Only major concern was the lack of cookware. Considering we had small children, we cooked and ate in every night and also for lunch each day. Pots/pans were very old, some unusable. Also lack of utensils, bowls, etc. However, that is an easy fix and it was overall a great stay.

    PROS: We absolutely love the location for a summer stay. This was our second time staying at the sunset townhomes. Last year we spotted this end unit with hottub on the back porch and knew this is where we wanted to stay! Our young children loved playing in the Sawmill creek that runs behind the condo. During the summer, the Four O’clock run turns to a grassy field/trail full of wild flowers. It was nice to sit on the back porch and watch the children play. The hot tub was large, clean and a great end to our busy days. The kitchen is updated and a powder room located on the main level was convenient. The living room TV is a smart TV so we could watch our favorite movies and shows. There was plenty of space and could have easily accommodated more family members comfortably. The location is perfect as it feels like you are nestled in the woods but are really just a 5 minute easy walk to town.

    CONS: It is really a 3 bedroom with an additional bunk area down in the basement. It would be hard to share the space with a second family due to there only being one small/outdated bathroom upstairs that is shared by all 3 bedrooms. There is an additional full bathroom down in the basement, but it is down several flights of stairs. The bunk area would be fun for teens as it has a living area with TV and foosball in the same space. However, even in August, the space remained very dark and cold. Only one car is allowed. Additional cars must be parked at paid parking fairly far away, up by the airport.

    Overall, the United was perfect for our family! Some spaces have been updated, but others are fairly dated and need some attention.

    Location couldn’t be better. Less than 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift (in boots), 5 minute walk to main street and ski up to the back porch on lower Four ‘O Clock. Property managers were great to deal with and property was very clean. The unit needs some tlc and the kitchen was not all that well stocked. Would still recommend.
