Experience the perfect getaway in this two-bedroom, Sundowner 2 condo. The Sundowner II complex is in an incredibly convenient Breckenridge location. It is in short walking distance to Main St. where guests can enjoy the shopping, dining, nightlife, and everything that the Breckenridge has to offer.


It is in walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take guests right onto the slopes. At the end of the day, guests can also ski down 4 O’clock Run in order to get back to Sundowner II. The location makes it easy for guests to truly soak in the wonders of this lively, mountain town.


Sundowner II #129 is a spacious and very comfortable condominium. As guests walk into the unit, the main level is open and inviting, with the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a new, sectional sofa with a large, stone fireplace, and TV. Next to the living room is a stylish bar area, a sizeable dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has the amenities necessary for a great stay. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with extra seating as well. Next to the kitchen is a half bathroom and the private balcony is directly off of the main level.


The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds and a private bathroom. The private bathroom for the second bedroom has a newly remodeled, sizeable walk-in shower and a vanity.


Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.


Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons


This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.

    Pluses: This condo is a good location, close to Main Street. Garage parking was nice. We did get an earlier check in which was helpful as well. Minuses: Unit is a bit dated and in need of some updates. Bed in master is very hard. Refrigerator was off when we arrived and had to flip the breaker switch to get it working.

    We loved staying at Sundowner. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge and an easy walk to the lifts. The condo was clean, well stocked and quiet.

    Came out for a four night stay in January. This condo worked well for us. It was reasonably priced and in a great location. It is very comfortable, and the owners are apparently big fans of Native American culture. One observation -- the decor is getting a bit dated, but that's totally fine - the rate for the condo reflects that. Bed in the master bed is very hard as other people have noted. All in all, we would stay here again and give it generally high marks other than the very minor things I mentioned above.

    Great location! Great amount of space and comfortable! Very well-equipped kitchen. Only drawback - it's a bit dated, and small things not working perfectly. Still great for a stay. We were family of 4, which I think is the right amount.

    Our family of four stayed here for a week, skied every day, easy access to snowflake lift and at end of day could ski all the way back to the condo (only had to cross street). all amenities worked well, renovated bathrooms were nice. great stay all around.
