This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ski in/ski out Cedars Townhome has it's own private hot tub! Located at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Area guests will enjoy easy access to the slopes and a quick walk to Main Street Breckenridge.

The main level is entered either from the garage or from the front door exiting into the courtyard outside. There is a very comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs are the 2 en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bonus room with a set of twin bunk beds. There is a door separating this space. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed along with a twin trundle if needed.

This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. In addition to having a private hot tub guests also have access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs located across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

    This is a great unit in a terrific location. Once you park your car in the heated garage you won’t need it again until you leave Breck. Less than 100 paces to the Quicksilver lift. And an easy ten minute walk to the village. The unit itself is in good shape. The hot tub is great and larger than it looks in the listing. Kitchen is good but could use a pizza cutter. Living area and fireplace are cozy and warm. Only odd thing is that if two families stay here, it is plenty big enough but the kids sleep in the same room or adjoining room as the parents. It’s bigger than needed for a family of four but would be slightly awkward for two families, in terms of sleeping accommodations. But we loved everything else and would definitely stay here again.

    Only other note for property management would be to improve snow removal. Driveway and sidewalks were not cleared until a few days later and poorly cleared at that. The heated sidewalks were nice but where they weren’t heated, they were a real hazard.

    Can't beat the fantastic location of the Cedars on Peak 9 and the property was in good condition, well equipped and matched the listing. Met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay there and booked it again for Spring Break 2025.

    Great stay. Awesome location, amenities, etc. The only downside is that it gets warm in the summer, and almost no windows in the place open. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars across the board.

    I had a great stay with Wood Winds! From beginning to end it was very pleasant. Booking was a breeze! I received great information to start my stay off right. The rooms were awesome and it was nice to have multiple bathrooms. The hot tub was real treat and so cool to have it in your condo and private. Location was very convenient to everything. The Wood Winds staff were helpful and friendly! I will always choose Wood Winds when I stay in Breckenridge!

    We loved our stay at Cedars 47! It truly has everything you need! Each room has its own bathroom! Kitchen, laundry! We loved our own private hot tub, the best! And location, location, location - walk to Quicksilver lift and start your day or need a lunch break, walk to town for dinner and shopping, we never took our truck out of the garage. It was perfect.
