Powderhorn Condos is located steps away from the base Peak 9 Breckenridge Ski Resort. This allows for easy access to the slopes and downtown. This unit is a 3-bed, 3-bath mountain condominium. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, laundry, and a private patio. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bathroom. The final bedroom has a captain's bunk and access to a bathroom with a shower. The unit's balconies overlook the Blue River and the woods behind the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Powderhorn Condos also boasts several amenities, such as an on-site hot tub, game room, exercise room, and covered parking options. Guests also have access to the Columbine Pool and hot tubs that are less than a block away.

    Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski vacation the first week of January 2024.
    Pros: The location is perfect for skiing...a very short walk to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9. Easy walk to town. Plenty of room for our family. Friendly management staff.
    Cons: Had to pick up/drop off the condo key on Main St.downtown, which is inconvenient for those that do not rent a car. Appliances outdated, pots and pans need to be replaced. WiFi would not kids had to use their phone hotspots in order to do some computer work. Washing machine not working properly...spin cycle did not work. Had to hand rinse/wring clothes before putting in dryer. Heat in one room not working. King bed in upstairs loft extremely uncomfortable. I notified the management company of the internet, room heat and washing machine issues, but nothing was done to resolve while we were there.
    Overall: Fantastic location in an outdated condo in need of some TLC. I would not stay here again for the premium holiday price I paid unless the place gets some updates and the WiFi fixed.
